Le suivant sera diff\u00e9rent! \u00bb <\/em><em>Jon Kabat-Zinn<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>La Pleine conscience<\/strong> (Mindfulness) signifie \u00ab diriger son attention d\u2019une certaine mani\u00e8re, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment, au moment pr\u00e9sent, sans jugement de valeur sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue \u00bb (Jon Kabat-Zinn, 2005, O\u00f9 tu vas, tu es, Ed. J\u2019ai Lu).<\/p>\n<p><strong>La pratique de la Pleine conscience <\/strong>permet l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du moment pr\u00e9sent, int\u00e9rieure (conscience des \u00e9motions, des sensations corporelles, des pens\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes) ou ext\u00e9rieure \u00e0 soi (conscience de l\u2019environnement), sur un mode de non-jugement et de pr\u00e9sence envers ce qui est l\u00e0 tout simplement ici et maintenant.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019entra\u00eener \u00e0 remarquer les pens\u00e9es automatiques (ou envahissantes), les sensations, les \u00e9motions fait na\u00eetre des capacit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes d\u2019\u00eatre en relation avec l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue et de les apprivoiser, nous apprend l\u2019art de vivre pleinement le moment pr\u00e9sent.<br \/>\nIndication pour toutes les personnes d\u00e9sireuses d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur qualit\u00e9 de vie, de trouver un mode de mieux-\u00eatre au quotidien.
