L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration ou r\u00e9solution de ces traumatismes ou exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es contribuent \u00e0 diminuer l&rsquo;incidence de certains malaises: \u00e9tat de stress, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, phobie, d\u00e9pression, malaises physiques, etc, dont souffrent la personne. Certaines m\u00e9thodes dont le EMDR (Int\u00e9gration neuro-\u00e9motionnelle par les mouvements oculaires) a fait ses preuves comme mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;intervention th\u00e9rapeutique permettant de stimuler un processus neurologique de gu\u00e9rison.<br \/>\nAlors que les blessures \u00e9motionnelles se vivent en relation, la psychoth\u00e9rapie peut vous offrir une nouvelle exp\u00e9rience relationnelle positive et r\u00e9confortante.
