Dans le niveau de conscience modifi\u00e9 (le niveau sophro-liminal ou le bord du sommeil), chacun peut progresser \u00e0 son rythme vers plus de calme, de bien-\u00eatre et modifier ainsi son comportement de tous les jours pour mieux vivre dans son corps et dans sa t\u00eate. Elle agit sur le cognitif et le comportemental. En r\u00e9p\u00e9tant des exp\u00e9riences positives v\u00e9cues lors des s\u00e9ances, la personne d\u00e9veloppe plus de confiance en elle et change ses habitudes comportementales, ses croyances vers plus de positif et \u00e9largit son champ de possibles.
