Natalie Mikic is a psychologist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. She is a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. She has pursued additional training in Cognitive-behavioral therapy in London, England and is attending post graduate studies at the Canadian Psychoanalytic Institutey in child and adolescent psychotherapy. She has seven years experience working in the field of psychology. Her areas of expertise include; addictions, ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, stress-management, self-esteem and relationship diffiulties. She provides services for children, adolescents and adults in English and French.

The process of psychotherapy involves establishing a relationship which provides empathy and trust. The client can begin to develop greater insights and understanding in regards to the self. The change in the individual begins to unfold through new perceptions, behaviors and feelings towards the self and ones environment.
